Pricing FAQ
How are rooms counted?
Your plan covers the total active room inventory across all properties in the account.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. Properties are not capped separately; only the combined active-room limit applies.
What does unlimited mean?
There is no per-booking, AI-message, or WhatsApp-usage invoice for normal property operations. Bulk marketing, resale, and automated abuse are excluded.
What happens after the trial?
You get a seven-day read-only grace period to choose a plan. We retain your data for at least 90 days after expiry.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at renewal after room and team usage fits the lower plan.
Are GST invoices available?
Yes. Prices are shown before GST and compliant invoices are issued for paid subscriptions.
What happens to existing credits?
Existing credit customers remain on their legacy arrangement unless they explicitly request migration.
