New Treckme customers use room-based monthly or annual subscriptions. Public plan prices are shown before GST and include unlimited bookings for normal property operations.

1. Trials and subscription billing

The 30-day trial does not require a payment method. If you start a paid subscription, Razorpay handles recurring monthly or annual charges using the plan and billing cycle you select.

Annual subscriptions provide twelve months of service for the listed annual amount. Upgrades may include a prorated charge and take effect immediately. Eligible downgrades apply at renewal.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Failed recurring payments follow provider retries and a seven-day grace period.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be approved in limited situations, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges for the same purchase.
  • Confirmed billing errors.
  • Other cases required by applicable law.

Subscription fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method where possible.

4. Legacy credit customers

Customers who purchased Treckme booking credits before subscription pricing was introduced retain their remaining credits and original purchase terms. They are not automatically converted, expired, or billed under a new subscription. Migration requires an explicit customer request and founder approval.

5. How to request a refund

Email us with your account email/phone, purchase reference, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional details to verify the transaction.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider/bank.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help. Chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the dispute is investigated.
