How does Treckme use AI?

AI is built into Treckme, not a separate tool you need to manage. It answers guest questions using your property details, reads forwarded booking confirmations, and turns your WhatsApp messages into expenses or staff tasks. These tools work alongside bookings, check-in, food orders and billing. You stay in control of booking decisions and physical check-in and checkout.

How does Treckme work with WhatsApp?

Message the Treckme AI assistant on WhatsApp to check pending work, record an expense or assign a staff task. Share private AI inquiry links with guests, plus secure links for IDs, menus and checkout. Your team confirms bookings, physical arrival and departure.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests open mobile-friendly links from WhatsApp or a shared stay link to explore the property, upload IDs, order food and services, and see checkout details. Optional offers and review messages require guest consent.

What do I need to get started?
