Service terms for Treckme customers and property teams, including optional OTA calendar, email, webhook, file, and WhatsApp imports.

1. Using Treckme
Treckme provides software and AI-assisted workflows for property operations, including guest messaging, booking coordination, check-in flows, staff tasks, food orders, paid services, insights, review follow-ups, and optional integration with third-party services you choose to connect.
2. Customer responsibility
Property owners and teams are responsible for the accuracy of property data, guest communication policies, configured services, pricing, staff permissions, and compliance with local laws. You must ensure you have the right to use any email account, phone number, or messaging channel you connect to Treckme.
3. OTA Integrations
Treckme offers optional calendar synchronization, private booking-email forwarding, authenticated booking webhooks, manual file import, and explicitly marked WhatsApp imports, including guest-filled direct-booking forms. You may enable these methods independently or together. By using OTA Integrations, you agree to the following:
- Voluntary connection. Each integration method is optional. You initiate, pause, replace, or remove it from your Treckme dashboard.
- Authorization. You confirm that you are authorized to provide each calendar URL, forwarded email, webhook payload, reservation file, and the guest information it contains for operation of the selected property.
- No OTA credentials. These methods do not require you to give Treckme an OTA password or browser session. Calendar updates depend on the refresh timing and information supplied by each OTA and are not guaranteed to be instant.
- Purpose limitation. Integration data is used only to provide OTA booking sync and related operational workflows inside Treckme—not for advertising or unrelated purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on Google user data handling and Limited Use compliance.
- Optional legacy Gmail connection.If you separately use Treckme's Gmail OAuth connection, it remains subject to Google's terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Managing connections. You may manage integrations from OTA Integrations in your dashboard. If you use the separate Gmail OAuth connection, you may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops further sync.
- Accuracy. Automated parsing of booking emails may not be perfect. You remain responsible for verifying booking details before relying on them for guest operations, billing, or compliance.
4. AI-assisted workflows
Treckme uses AI to support operations, including optional processing of forwarded OTA email content, PDFs, and screenshots. Human review is required for unusual guest situations, legal matters, refunds, safety incidents, and high-risk decisions.
5. Third-party services
Treckme integrates with third-party providers (including WhatsApp messaging providers, Google/Gmail, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's terms. Treckme is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes outside our control.
6. Plans, trials, and acceptable use
New-customer plans are based on total active rooms across all properties in an account. A customer may choose a larger plan but may not use a plan below its active-room or team limit. “Unlimited” covers normal hospitality operations and does not include bulk marketing, resale, automated abuse, or third-party usage outside the customer's property operations. We may review sustained abnormal usage for Custom pricing at renewal; we do not add surprise mid-cycle usage fees.
One 30-day no-card trial is available per verified business account, followed by a seven-day read-only grace period. We retain expired-account data for at least 90 days. Existing legacy-credit customers keep their existing arrangement unless they explicitly request migration.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Treckme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
