Using Treckme
Treckme provides software and AI-assisted workflows for property operations, including guest messaging, booking coordination, check-in flows, staff tasks, food orders, paid services, insights, and review follow-ups.
Customer responsibility
Property owners and teams are responsible for the accuracy of property data, guest communication policies, configured services, pricing, staff permissions, and compliance with local laws.
AI-assisted workflows
Treckme uses AI to support operations. Human review is required for unusual guest situations, legal matters, refunds, safety incidents, and high-risk decisions.
