Service terms for Treckme customers and property teams, including optional Gmail connection for OTA booking sync.

1. Using Treckme

Treckme provides software and AI-assisted workflows for property operations, including guest messaging, booking coordination, check-in flows, staff tasks, food orders, paid services, insights, review follow-ups, and optional integration with third-party services you choose to connect.

2. Customer responsibility

Property owners and teams are responsible for the accuracy of property data, guest communication policies, configured services, pricing, staff permissions, and compliance with local laws. You must ensure you have the right to use any email account, phone number, or messaging channel you connect to Treckme.

3. Gmail integration (Connect OTAs)

Treckme offers an optional feature that lets you connect a Gmail account to automatically detect and import booking emails from online travel agencies (OTAs). By connecting Gmail, you agree to the following:

  • Voluntary connection. Gmail connection is optional. You initiate the connection from the Treckme dashboard and can disconnect at any time.
  • Authorization. You confirm that you own or are authorized to connect the Gmail account and to allow Treckme to read booking-related emails in that mailbox for property operations.
  • Scope of access. Treckme requests read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly) to identify and process OTA booking messages. Treckme does not send email on your behalf through this integration.
  • Purpose limitation. Gmail data is used only to provide the Connect OTAs booking sync feature and related operational workflows inside Treckme—not for advertising or unrelated purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on Google user data handling and Limited Use compliance.
  • Google terms.Your use of Gmail connection is also subject to Google's terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • Disconnecting. You may disconnect Gmail from Connect OTAs in your dashboard or revoke Treckme's access from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops further sync.
  • Accuracy. Automated parsing of booking emails may not be perfect. You remain responsible for verifying booking details before relying on them for guest operations, billing, or compliance.

4. AI-assisted workflows

Treckme uses AI to support operations, including optional processing of OTA booking email content when Gmail is connected. Human review is required for unusual guest situations, legal matters, refunds, safety incidents, and high-risk decisions.

5. Third-party services

Treckme integrates with third-party providers (including WhatsApp messaging providers, Google/Gmail, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's terms. Treckme is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes outside our control.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Treckme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
